Hi girl! Do you currently practice gratitude? It's been such a game changer for me!

I've been gratitude journaling daily for 5 years, that's insane! When I began gratitude journaling, I had no idea that scribbling down a couple things I was grateful for each night would be so incredibly powerful. It has since significantly changed my life.

When you begin practicing gratitude journaling, you can expect to see these benefits:

Practicing gratitude makes you become more aware of the important things in life. You begin to cherish every moment because you're always looking for ways to express gratitude. This could be in conversations, while you're driving, visiting loved ones, etc.

When you constantly practice gratitude, it helps create an abundance mindset. A mindset where you thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally. You begin to be extremely optimistic and feel as though anything is possible. You are in the driver's seat of your life.

3. Have better quality relationships -
By acknowledging gratitude for others, your relationships begin to strengthen and flourish. By showing appreciation for those in your life, they feel loved and needed. Who doesn't want that?

4. Attract more positivity -
Very similar to those you surround yourself with, your energy is very powerful. When you come from a grateful state, you are more friendly and kind.. and that begins to affect others' attitudes too. Always remember, you are in charge of the energy you bring.

5. More opportunities -
When you become more aware, present, and positive, you attract more opportunities. This could be the raise you've been desiring, the relationship you've been yearning for, or a relocation that could be life changing. It truly opens to the door to endless possibilities.

I encourage you to be present today and continuously express gratitude. Reach out to someone your grateful for and let them know how much they mean to you. Learn to appreciate your health and well being. Stand outside and back in the beauty of mother nature. There are blessings every where, as long as you choose to look for them.
