Hi! My name is MaKenzie!

I help busy women end the dieting cycle by creating balance and building self-confidence. When I began coaching in 2016, clients would come to me after trying numerous diets feeling discouraged and distraught. On top of that, many bought into several dieting fads including pills, wraps, teas and more. Sound familiar? They felt completely lost. This is the exact reason I created the Body Balance Revolution, my 8 week course to a healthy lifestyle.

In these 8 weeks, I teach you exercises to implement to start building your confidence, honor your boundaries, and protect your energy.

We live in a time where we are completely sedentary, we sit all day at our jobs and come home and plop on our couches. We’re glued to our devices - TVs, phones, laptops, etc. We simply don’t move. Inside Body Balance Revolution, we implement simple ways to add in more activity throughout our days. No gym is required, this is for overall wellness and lifestyle.

Everything you do in life is habit - how you do one thing is how you do everything. Throughout the 8 weeks, I provide you with time management skills and ensure you have proper routines in place. Here we touch on your day-to-day, your morning routine, and your nightly routine. Sleep is so incredibly important, as it directly affects our hormones and energy levels. You deserve QUALITY sleep and I teach you how to make that happen. You’ll be feeling refreshed and aligned each and every morning.
