3 tips for my babes who want to feel at peace with their bodies..

I know you want to finally be at peace. You want to be at a place where you love your body and feel confident. A place where you feel as though your mind and body are finally working together. A place where your body image doesn't even cross your mind.

But I have good news, you can begin fixing this relationship today with these 3 simple tips!

1. Watch how you're speaking to yourself -
Create awareness around the language you use to speak to yourself. Are you continuously body shaming yourself or saying negative, hurtful things to yourself? STOP ‚úč Spending years complaining about your body and your weight doesn't help. Just like beautiful flowers, you need a healthy environment to flourish in too!

2. Begin journaling -
We have so many subconscious thoughts that we don't even realize we are thinking. These thoughts could be detrimental to our success. When we write them down we can then distinguish fact from fiction. We begin to see how much our thinking affects our lives. We hold the pen to our story and it's time we begin crafting the REAL one.

3. Continuously work on yourself -
Personal development is SO important and it's something everyone should be doing every single day. This means reading books, taking courses, attending seminars or conferences. I highly suggest investing in a coach. We have a biased look at our lives and often succumb to mediocrity. By having someone guide and lead you, you're able to open doors you didn't even see.

It's time to stop being at war with yourself. Take some time today to indulge in self care. Love on yourself. Be kind to yourself. Worship yourself.

You're worthy.
You're enough.
